Base yourself in a slightly run-down area, close to local restaurants and in a busy area, you'll find a comfortable and clean room awaiting you at this hotel. The beds are great, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom facilities are good. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great room service. The breakfast options are extensive, with a fabulous coffee selection. The location is convenient, with a station just a short walk away and a bus stop right outside the hotel.
There was a communication gap regarding the dinner package, resulting in additional charges for drinks consumed during the stay.

This hotel is in an area you'd want to hang around in. The staff from the reception desk to the cleaners to the bar staff to the room service to the breakfast staff were all excellent and extremely helpful. Room amenities like the sink, free toiletries, electric kettle and television were all brilliant.
I would recommend this hotel to all.
